arrival time...
Pure Indulgence operates by appointment only. Hours are subject to change without notice. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time so we can have you relaxed and ready for your spa experience. For all guests, late arrival will mean we have to cut your treatment short as we can't hold up the guest after you, who has arrived on time. So please try to be here in time to catch your breath and relax before your treatment.
confirmation & cancellation policy...
We confirm your appointment bookings 48 hours in advance. We will send you a text to confirm your appointment and a follow up reminder if we haven't heard from you. We will also call you. Please text back ‘yes’ to automatically confirm your booking or call us to confirm or make changes. If you do not indicate you will be attending your appointment with us, we will assume you are not coming. Therefore, if you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your treatment with us, your appointment will be cancelled and released to our wait list.
At Pure Indulgence our clients are incredibly important to us and we
like to make sure you get to experience all we have to offer. We hold
your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or
reschedule – to provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This way we are
able to fill your spot and accommodate clients who are on our waiting
list.
We do of course, understand that things can come up that result in the
need to cancel or reschedule and we will be as accommodating and
understanding as we can, however, last minute cancellations or no shows
will be charged a fee at our discretion.
We require a credit card a credit card or valid voucher number to secure your appointment with us. This will only be charged if you no show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice (48 hours for bookings with two or more guests) , with a 50% charge for changes or cancellations within 24 hours ad 100% for no show/failure to arrive to your appointment.
We will require a booking fee for any appts over an hour and a half, made during December as it is a very busy month with people wanting appts and hard to refill if a late cancellation is made.

voucher policy...
A gift voucher is a great way to introduce someone to the benefits of a Spa Treatment. Your friends or family have invested valuable money into your gift. Please read our voucher policy carefully so you are clear on our voucher terms and conditions.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months only - they will not be redeemed after this date.
We cannot be held responsible for expired vouchers. To avoid this happening, keep your voucher somewhere visible or better still, book your treatment when you receive your gift.
We do not give change, refund or exchange for cash for our vouchers.
You cannot use your voucher to purchase a voucher for someone else.
If you no show or cancel less than 24 hours before appt. with voucher, the voucher will be redeemed.
Please think ahead for your booking as we cannot always accommodate the time or day you request - especially when it is days away from your voucher's expiry date.
We ask that you please respect our voucher conditions. We aim to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and we look forward to pampering you.
group bookings...
Unfortunately vouchers are not redeemable for group pampers.
For group bookings, credit card details and a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your group pamper.
The treatment choices are as listed and may not be changed. Booking time allocation depends on group numbers.
If you choose not to have the hot soak, the time allocated for this cannot be swapped for another treatment. We want to ensure the best possible service for you and your group so please arrive on time for the hot tub. If you arrive late, the pool time will be reduced as treatments must be started on time.
Treatment room policy...
Due to previous incidents, we do not allow partners/spouses/friends & family to accompany our clients into the room during any of our treatment options.
This is for the comfort and safety of both client and therapist alike. Our rooms are all tailored for 1 therapist & 1 client. More individuals in the room at one time, create a health and safety risk.
We have a beautiful client lounge that can be utilised appropriately, in accordance to our spa environment.
